Ending of an era

All of life is a foreign country

While cleaning my hard drive I stumbled into a old text-file titled 'Jack Kerouac'. As my academic writer's block prolongs and deadlines are getting intimidatingly closer and closer, reading this gave a blissful five minutes of distraction. (I'd say 'inspiration' but that's a lie - even Kerouac wouldn't get inspired to write an essay about the sociology of violence when it's +30 degrees outside and the sun is shining.) Anyway, I think my high-school crush sent me this years ago and it still has some valid points. Enjoi.
